Aged 2 to 4 weeks, bottle-fed baby

This is the Save Our Sleep recommended routine for a bottle-fed baby ages 2 to 4 weeks. Please note: your baby should not go onto this routine until he or she has regained his or her birth weight and is over 3kg/7lbs. If your baby has not regained his birth weight, or is still under 7lbs/3kg, please keep your baby on the bottle-feeding routine for a newborn to 2 week old baby.
